The 20 Year, 110 mph Wind Warranty is available on orders to meet a project's specification. It provides a maximum of 20 years, 110 mph coverage for the repair or replacement of any portion of the roof edge system that has failed due to a defect in Metal-Era supplied materials.

| Testing: |
- Face heights of 5 ¼" to 8 ¼" are tested per ANSI/SPRI ES-1 Standard to a design pressure of 160 lbs./ft² and face heights of 9 ¾" to 12 ¾" are tested to a design pressure of 110 lbs./ft² to comply with the International Building Code.

Its unique design allows for covers to be manufactured in 24 ga steel, .040", .050" and .063" aluminum.

| Splice Plates: |
The concealed splice plate design features a raised stop that prevents splice plate migration under the fascia panels. This design creates a more aesthetically pleasing design compared to traditional cover plates or lap joints at the seams.

| Efficient Design: |
Snap-on design is provided in 12'-0" lengths for quicker installation and lower labor costs. The waterdam is provided with pre-punched, slotted holes to allow for proper thermal movement of the materials and ensure correct fastener placement and spacing.

| Colors: |
Choose among a wide range of standard colors and finishes that meet your job requirements. A 20 year Kynar 500® finish warranty is included on standard colors. Custom post-coated Kynar 500® colors are available with an included 10 year Kynar 500 finish warranty or a 20 year Kynar 500 finish warranty is available upon request. Anodized finishes are also available, but are not warranted.

Factory fabricated miters, scuppers and drainage accessories provide a cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing appearance. This eliminates the need for field fabrication, providing time and labor savings.

12" long, 24 ga. spring clips are placed 4' o.c. to provide for more positive attachment ensuring extra stability for the system. All splice plates and fasteners are also included and will arrive to the job site with the product.

| Standard Sizes: |
The system features a 2 ⅜" overall rise above the roof line. All standard sizes are measured to include the full outside dimension of the product, including the cant. It is available in standard sizes of 5 ¼", 6 ¾", 8 ¼", 9 ¾", 11 ¼" and 12 ¾.
